Well, I sit here and write and ask myself this question, "Tricia, Are you BRAVE enough to create a blog?" I do talk to myself a lot. It helps sort out the many thoughts in my head! Don't you do that too? LOL So I guess the answer to that my first question is YES. I am! I started this blog because I have become increasingly aware of my desire to help others in the direct sales industry. Empowering women to find the best in themselves. Helping men find their niche is direct sales. Coaching a leader one-on-one to become top in their company. This is what drives me. So, I am spreading my wings and I am gonna fly with it. I hope you will come along for the ride!
I guess I should tell you a little about me first. I am an Army wife of 17 years, a mother of four children, and I have 20+ years in the Direct Sales Industry. Some of those years have been really good. Some of those years have been really bad. I guess you could say that right now I am on a high point in my career. Yes, I am still in direct sales. I work at home full time with my business and LOVE every minute of it. I couldn't ask for a better life. Being an Army wife, the Direct Sales industry has given me the opportunity to learn and grow as we PCS from post to post to post. All the while working MY business. Establishing relationships all over the world. It's an amazing life. I love it.
But what matters is that I found a company that truly encompasses my passion for helping to nurture and grow with others. Empowering others to find the best in themselves through direct sales empowers ME! I love helping people. I have learned so much over the years that I am bursting at the seems! I see so much potential in people. IN EVERYONE! It doesn't matter if you are black, white, short, tall, thick or thin. WE ARE ALL SPECIAL and have talents. They just need to be found inside. I want to be the person to help you find your passion!
So, please join me on this journey. I don't know how long the road will be. I don't know where it will lead. My goal for this blog and whatever comes of it, is that I am afforded the opportunity to work with direct sellers such as yourself to find your niche, your passion. Not everyone can be a great cosmetics consultant. I take that back. Everyone CAN BE a great cosmetics consultant, but only if you truly have a passion for your products and your company. Through this blog and one on one coaching, I am hoping that I able to help those searching for answers on how to find their passion, how to grow as a consultant, as a leader, and also as a person. My hope is to help you become a better you...physically, emotionally, spiritually, financially, and more. I am no expert. I am only a friend who wants to reach out to you and share my experiences and my love for direct sales with those who seek help. I will share the good and the bad at times. But know that I LOVE the direct sales industry and I truly believe that it is the best JOB in the world.
